I’m Laura M. Peña, a U.S. Army veteran and Construction Engineering Management student at Oregon State University, graduating in June 2027.

My military technical-engineering experience includes CAD drafting, design support, surveying, site development, and military construction. Through my academic work, I have expanded that foundation across construction materials, structural systems, highway design, geotechnics, estimating, scheduling, contracts, project management, and virtual design and construction.

I’m particularly interested in civil infrastructure, constructability, project coordination, and the process of carrying a project from design through execution. This portfolio highlights the technical work, projects, and experiences that have prepared me to contribute to an engineering or construction team while continuing to grow toward a career in construction project management and infrastructure delivery.
